Great catch. Tulavu 621 used to be quite common here on the North Coast 15-20 years ago, before KPOJ moved their tx site, changed pattern, and boosted power. Back then, KPOJ was 5 KW, with a N/S pattern at night, with Hilo HI dominant on 620.
