Paul, thanks for the SWBC logs. You're getting in at the tail end of shortwave broadcasting. You should try for CFRX on 6070. I think there are Australians on 2 MHz still. I spend about half of my time with shortwave utility DX. There are still several stations with weather broadcasts in English. Good luck.
