[IRCA] Alberta TP for 31 March 2015

   For the first time since the geomagnetic storm I had a semi-decent 
TP morning (for the standards of the end of March).   Only three 
stations with audio, but the Japanese on 693 and 774 actually had a fair 
to good signal just after local sunrise, which is now 1301.   594 had 
traces of audio around the same time.   A fair number of carriers, but 
the low end of the band was much the best, with not much happening above 
1200 khz.
