[IRCA] TP 30 Mar Victoria version
Definitely a step up from yesterday. A step downward would have been
similar to broad daylight, noontime.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not quite; plenty of splatter to make things difficult
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 JOAK woman in Japanese 1301UT, briefly
1566 HLAZ various times1245 to 1330UT, w/man and woman in Japanese, organ mx
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
567 JOIK excited man in Japanese 1254UT //594
774 JOUB man talking 1304UT //747
1503 JOUK woman in Japanese //594 1323UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
612 4QR likely, man talking DU English inflection 1308UT
693 JOAB NHK pips 1300UT //747, man talking Japanese inflection 1301UT
747 JOIB man talking Japanese inflection //774 1307UT
1053 Korean jammer sneaking through 1333UT
1386 NHK2 man talking //747 1327UT
1593 NHK2 man talking //747 1318UT followed by musical interlude
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
558 702 738 891 972 1287 1422 1575
best wishes,
Nick
