Glad to see that 810 is still on, as I was lead to believe that it was
going off the air as well, Chuck. 73,...Walt
PS: Has anyone at Grayland ever heard any of the various private MW
Russian far east stations? PAL lists a pile of them, but I never see them
reported. I did hear Avtoradio on 531 very well in Masset in March.

Actually the Asiatic MW Russians peaked at 78 stations and now half are
still on the air (39). But as you pointed out, the fatality list includes
almost all the big guys. Of the Grayland regulars, only Rossii 810 remains.

I miss them as well, Nick. For whatever reason, the Mongolians have only
been very rarely heard in Masset. I don't remember whether I ever heard
them in Grayland. Now, the Russian MW channels appear to have all left
the
air, at least the ones we have been used to hearing, leaving a few low
power outlets only. 73,...Walt
