[IRCA] TP 23 Feb Victoria version
The morning of the regulars...most signals were better earlier.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
it has been pretty regular that this level of signal has not been
reached during the DX session
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB fair signal a number of times; end of one EE lesson 1259UT,
pips and into another; 1357UT CC lesson winding down; 1409UT KK lesson
774 JOUB CC lessons 1341UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1448UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK man talking JJ 1459UT, pips on hour and more talk
828 JOBB man in JJ 1318UT
1566 HLAZ vocal mx, man in CC 1502UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
567 JOIK man talking 1259UT, likely JJ, NHK pips on hour. 594
nowhere to be found just then.
738 pop mx 1424UT
1053 KK jammer 1302UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
657 693 891 1098 1134 1287 1323 1548
best wishes,
Nick
