[IRCA] TP 15 Feb Victoria version
More than initially met the ear this morning, although sunrise lift
was nearly non-existent....post sunrise, well, 1566 and 972 delivered
very weak audio at 1612UT...
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ Gregorian chant style singing 1332UT, earlier and a little
weaker, heard woman in JJ with "FEBC wa..." mention
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK weak pips 1400UT; woman talking, JJ inflection 1402UT
612 man talking 1424UT, most likely DU EE
738 pop mx 1332UT
774 JOUB? really reaching here, very weak, but sure sounded like the
distinctive lady of the EE lessons. She should do test tones; 1507UT
972 HLCA? man and woman talking, maybe KK, 1320UT; slight traces of
talk as late as 1612UT
1053 KK jammer 1321UT
1116 man talking, erratic fading 1444UT; DU EE inflection
1566 HLAZ woman talking, 1513UT, slightly better on north Flag; at
1611UT, noted woman singing "What a Friend I Have in Jesus"; at
1619UT, woman talking and piano mx
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
