As Nick said, there were signs of life on the low band today.
JOUB-774 was good for a couple of minutes at 1410 with a man in Japanese
HLCA-972 was fair at about 1408 with Korean talk
693 and 828 had traces of audio at 1410, as did 1566 at 1440.
There were also carriers on 594 747 981 1314 1386 1422 & 1431.
In general, the TP signals peaked more than an hour before sunrise today.
