[IRCA] TP 17 (for real) Jan Victoria version

There was sunrise enhancement this morning, but mostly in the lower band for a change,

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not quite; there is hope again though

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB man in JJ 1536UT //774

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

774 JOUB noted from 1420UT onward, at low strength, but peaked at this level 1536UT; by s/off at 1540UT, it was quite a bit weaker
1566 HLAZ man in CC after instrumental mx 1535UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 JOAK male pop vocal mx 1547UT, didn't sound NHK1 or JJ, but NHK pips at 1600UT
747 JOIB man talking 1537UT //774
1242 JOLF? man talking 1538UT, too much splash to guess at language, only one pip snuck through at 1600UT, was hoping to hear their distinctive "cuckoo" pips.
1386 NHK2 synchros; hints of s/off mx box 1542-3UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

891 954 972 1377 1422

best wishes,

Nick
