[IRCA] TP 4 Jan Victoria version
And, a complete change of scene this morning. A strong tentative
Radio Sport-1503, and a few carriers, likely NZ also?
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not this year, not yet
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
we know it's possible, just not today.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above, passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1503 R. Sport likely, vigorous male commentary, accented EE sound to
it, 1516-31UT, but couldn't really line anything up with the very
similar commentary on the Radio Sport archive at this time (Monday
0315-45, but no date)
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
1278 1386 1476 1557
best wishes,
Nick
