[IRCA] TP 25 Nov Victoria version
Not too exciting, almost all sunrise enhancement, and with JOIB doing
a bit of a star turn, audible right up to the final notes of the
music box s/off at 1545UT.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
still no, just...no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB EE lessons at this level 1522UT //very weak 774, and just
kept hanging in there, up and down, but mostly audio, right through
to the final notes of the music box at 1545UT.
774 JOUB 1511UT w/EE lessons
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
738 Tahiti, man in FF 1402UT, and again 1442UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK likely, man talking, pretty sure it was JJ, lots of "wa" and
"no", 1502-5UT
828 JOBB man talking //774 1511UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
567 1017 1566
best wishes,
Nick
