[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 13 November 2014

      Just a couple with audio here today.   Traces of audio on 828, 
but too weak to determine if it was DU or Japan.  Korea on 1566 was 
noted at 1407, but at a poor level.
      Oddly enough, yesterday wasn't (in relative terms) as bad here as 
on the coast.   The lower frequencies were certainly devoid of any TP 
action, but above about 1300 I was getting a decent number of carriers. 
 Korea of 1566 was fair yesterday, bordering on good around 1410 (so 
better than today), and I had weak audio on 1593 at 1415 (though the 
strong 1590 splatter prevented me determining who it was.
