[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on October 10

Today's TP reception was somewhat like the past two days, with a few 
exceptions.  JOAK-594 was better than it had been in a long time. Some 
of the other NHK stations were doing quite well, too.  The same could 
not be said of the Koreans, which were generally a bit below average today.

GOOD
594    JOAK, 3+1 pips 1300, then Japanese man & woman
693    JOAB, Chinese lesson with classical Chinese music 1344
747    JOIB, managing to rise above the electrical noise with Chinese 
lesson 1347
774    JOUB, 1316-1322 nonstop Japanese talk despite scheduled English 
lesson
1566    HLAZ, 1254 Japanese male briefly good, otherwise fair-poor today

FAIR
873    DPRK?, 1402 male talk in presumed Korean, inflections sounded 
about right & wasn't //774
972    HLCA, Korean talk 1401, not very strong today
1053    jammer 1305
1287    JOHR, Japanese talk faded up briefly 1412

POOR
567    JOIK, male talk 1411
828    JOBB, Chinese lesson //693 etc. 1344
864    Two sets of pips?, one possibly 3+1, another may have just been a 
single tone, mixing with male talk 1300
1422    Japanese talk 1308
