[IRCA] First DX Monitor from Seattle emailed

Folks,
I just finished emailing my first DX Monitor from my gmail account (phil.bytheway@xxxxxxxxx) to the IRCA membership.
The email was sent to phil_tekno@xxxxxxxxx with a text-only version of DX Monitor attached (not a .rtf) and the IRCA membership as BCC.

There are bound to be a few issues crop up that need to be resolved.

Anyone that did not receive my email please add it to your acceptance list.
