TP conditions rebounded rather nicely today after yesterday's
near-bust. There were lots of carriers visible on the SDR display, and
weak audio from several stations. There was also quite a bit of
electrical noise, which probably masked audio for a number of signals.
The first-tier Japanese stations were barely above the noise, but
China-981 and DPRK-819 made up for it.
