[IRCA] TP 14 Aug Victoria version

Lots of splash, lots of static, lots of stations, including likely 
the first Chinese of the season plus some Aussies.  Around 1240UT, it 
was unpredictable, propagation seemed to be good from Australia to Asia.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

1566 HLAZ Woman in JJ; but nearly this level 1143UT and 1220UT during 
the CC program, as well as a number of times after 1230UT

Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 3WV man talking DU EE //612, 702, 774 1306UT
774 JOUB EE lessons 1243-4UT, but had faded to a mix with DU EE by 1246UT
828 JOBB EE lessons 1217UT //774
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1241UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

612 4QR tele-talk, 2 men, 1310UT //594 702
702 2BL man talking //612, 594 1306UT
891 unID, man and woman, DU EE, 1236UT, by 1300UT, sailed across 
hour, no pips, no ID?
891 JOHK likely, two JJ men talking and laughing 1242UT, no parallels
972 HLCA man in KK 1238UT
1053 KK jammer 1245UT
1593 JOUK likely, 2 men in JJ, 1232UT, no parallels

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

675 R.NZ National man talking maybe //756, NZ pips at 1300UT
756 man and woman talking, seemed DU EE,1257UT, likely R. NZ National
774 3LO  man and woman talking 1302; ID'd 1306 //594
1107 ?  just a mess 1249UT, man maybe in JJ?
1116 4BC?  man talking after 6 pips 1300UT
1206 Yanbian?  woman talking, maybe KK, 1126UT definitely off channel
1242 JOLF? man talking, seemed JJ 1244UT
1575 VoA?  man in SE Asian language 1239UT



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
