[IRCA] Loggins from Reversible Double-Delta

Earl:  Given the constrictions of $$oft e-mail clients, the info below may

may not come up in the proper format, but let's give it a try.

The stations under "North" are from the antenna active at 351 degrees
(9 degrees West of North).

The "South stations are from the reversal of the antenna.

Only X-band shown are those with signals on both sides of the antenna.
