Any chance this was BBC news rather than CBC, Bill?  If I've done the 
time conversion correctly, their online schedule shows that KAWC in Yuma 
carries the BBC World Service, starting at 0600 local time, or 1300 
UTC.  I see no possibilities for CBC news on 1320.
