[IRCA] Sony Sport SRF-M70 AM/FM Arm Band Radio

I have been seeing several Sony Sport SRF-M70 AM/FM Arm Band radios on eBay lately, most between $20-30 with free shipping.

According to the photos I've seen on eBay, this radio has a digital display with backlight.

Is this radio a good candidate for a DX radio (similar to the SRF-M37V), or should I keep looking? I like the idea of the backlit display, something the SRF-M37V lacks.
