[IRCA] Morse Code mystery on 1440

At 1739 CLT, I am hearing the distinct sounds of Morse Code being intermittently broadcast on 1440 either directly north or south of my QTH.  This has been going on for at least the last 5 minutes.  Can someone in the Midwest get a fix on this?
