[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on February 9

Conditions today were a continuation of the past few days.  There was a 
low end enhancement at about 1300-1400, and a high end enhancement at 
1500.  Only a few of the regulars showed up today.

Good - A native speaker could have understood most of it, at least briefly
594    JOAB, lively Japanese conversation 1323.  Faded out a few minutes 
later.
774    JOUB, rose up briefly 1348 with English lesson about Winter 
Olympics, woman talking about curling, then man translating. Otherwise, 
poor-nil today
1575    VOA, Asian talk 1502

Fair - A native speaker would have recognized some of the words
693    JOAB, weather report in CBU splash 1305
972    HLCA, Korean conversation 1517
1566    HLAZ, Chinese talk and female song 1506

Poor - Incoherent
