[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 10/11 Jan 2014

     Just one TP with audio today, and that was VOA 1575.  It was 
audible when I first tuned in at 1430, and was generally fair right 
through to 1515.  Very uninsipiring elsewhere, with 1593 being about the 
only carrier being anywhere near audio.
     Yesterday was a bit odd, with Japan on 828 being quite good at 
1400, but nothing else close (weak audio on 774 being the only other 
audio even heard).  The signal gradually declined as we moved towards 
sunrise at 1515, but 828 remained head and shoulders above anything else.
