[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 7 Jan 2014

     The dearth of signals on the upper band yesterday extended to the 
remainder of the band today, with no TP audio at all, for the first time 
in 2014.  A number of reasonable carriers on the regular TP channels, 
but that was as good as it got today.
