Re: [IRCA] 1640 test tones at 0519 UTC

I parked on 1640 for the last 90 minutes, and all I'm hearing is a steady 1
kHz tone on-going, which seems to be coming from the SSE from my location
in Victoria, BC.   73,....Walt
