[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 12 Dec 2013

     Another step forward today, with at least some sign of life on the 
low band, with weak audio from Japan on 693 and 774.   The upper end of 
the dial continued to be much better however, with fair-good audio on 
1566 (Korea),1575 (VOA), 1593 (Japan) and weak audio on 1602 (Japan). 
Had first thought 1593 was China, which was been more common of late, 
but turned out to be NHK this time.   Also noted the Hawaiian doing well 
on 1570 at 1400, and was seeing a fairly decent second carrier on 1566 
about 35 Hz high.
