[IRCA] TP 12 Dec, Victoria version

Not much of a sunrise lift today, but a little more action earlier. Overall, quite a poor morning, though probably not as poor as when the predicted geomagnetic storm hits.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not this morning

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1566 HLAZ man in CC 1540UT.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

774 JOUB music box 1536UT; also this level w/CC lessons 1358UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

747 JOIB woman talking, JJ inflection 1345UT
828 JOBB familiar mx that ends the EE lessons, pips on hour and wx broadcast 1300UT
972 HLCA likely, woman talking 1355UT, but gone by hour
1053 KK jammer 1351UT
1593 CNR1 man talking then woman seemed //6125, and slightly offset, 1523UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

594 738 1116 1278 1287 1503

best wishes,

Nick
