Listened from 1353-1413 utc. Long wave stations had attenuated signals this morning. MW stations heard on the first scan of the band were weak at best.  

153    RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii  1353 poor signal with man in Russian. NW ewe. 11/09/2013

279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii  1354 fair signal with music. NW ewe. 11/09/2013

529    ALASKA, Level Island, 1356 fair signal with weather forecast for Sitka.  NW ewe. 11/09/2013

594    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1358 weak signal with man in Japanese.  NW ewe. 11/09/2013

774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1359 weak signal. Man in Japanese. NW ewe. 11/09/2013

828    JAPAN, Osaka, JOBB NHK2 1401 very weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. 11/09/2013

972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA KBS 1412 weak signal with man in Korean. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 11/09/2013

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1413 weak signal with woman in  Chinese. NW ewe. 11/09/2013
