[IRCA] More TPs for 26 October

1575 is just blasting in with VOA Thailand in Burmese, but with AFN clearly
heard cochannel.
I'm seeing a decent carrier 60 Hz low, as well as one 4 or 5 Hz low
(presumably AFN).  Not too shabby at all!   73,....Walt
