[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 12 Oct 2013

   My schedule didn't allow time for a report yesterday, but that was 
no great loss, as things were as poor as the previous day.   This 
morning was markedly different, with a a good recovery, though it seemed 
pretty much limited to Japan.   Good signals on 567, 594, 693, 747, 774, 
and 828.  The second tier stations on 1242, 1287, and 1422 also made 
audio, peaking around 1327 with fair audio.  The Koreans on 972 and 1566 
were heard, but only at poor-fair levels, and 1575 VOA didn't make audio 
at all.  Lots of other carriers, with even 1602 having a decent carrier 
(as good as VOA's actually).   Nice to see some action after the past 
few dreary days.
