As Gary noted, conditions made a partial recovery this morning. The low
end of the dial was reasonably good, with great signals from a couple of
the high powered NHK stations, and weak audio from a few others.
JOLK-612 produced audio, though just barely, for the first time this
season. The Koreans on 972 and 1053 were just so-so today.
The upper half of the dial was completely free of TPs, except for
half-hearted appearances by HLAZ-1566 and VOA-1575.
