Good morning,

Listened from 1342-1413 utc.  A  bad morning to get up late.  Conditions really improved here. Surprise that the Russian long wave were heard after the 1400 utc hour. Usually they fade well before sunrise here. The only station not normally heard here was JOGB 873 Southern Japan. Other stations heard were the usual stations.

189    RUSSIA, Petropavlovsk, Radio Rossii 1408 weak signal with man in Russian. NW ewe. 9/21/2013


279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1409 weak signal with man in Russian. NW ewe. 09/21/2013


567     JAPAN, Sapporo, JOIK NHK1 1342 weak signal and // to 594 JOAK, Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 09/21/2013


594    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1338 fair signal with musical play. in Japaneses. NW ewe.  09/21/2013

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Seoul, HLSA 1347 assuming the station with weak signal and music. NW ewe. 09/21/2013


693    JAPAN,  Tokyo, JOBB NHK2 1349 weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe.  09/21/2013
