Good Morning,

Four Russian long waves heard this morning, but the usual powerhouse Radio Rossii on 279 was absent. Very good morning for Kiwi's & Aussies.  1098 in for first time with audio and 1701 had two stations with audio on this channel. Thunderstorms Northeast on the US/Canadian border could be heard on long wave, but did not bother the MW signals. 

153    RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii 1221 fair signal with  Classical music. W-SW ewe.  08/10/2013


180    RUSSIA, Yelizovo, Radio Rossii 1223 fair signal with Classical music followed by man in Russian. W-SW ewe. 08/10/2013


189    RUSSIA, Petropavlovsk, Radio Rossii 1225 fair signal with man in Russian. W-SW ewe. 08/10/2013


234    RUSSIA, Arman, 1245-1253 weak signal with man in Russian followed by Classical music. W-SW ewe.  08/10/2013


567
   NEW ZEALAND, NZR national 1245-1247 weak seemed to match live stream. Soon faded. W-SW ewe. 08/10/2013 


1098   NEW ZEALAND, Christchurch Newstalk ZB 1254-1257 weak signal with Pop music. Live stream revealed man speaking with loud Pop music background. My reception I could hear the music, but not the man talking. Pop music matched the live stream. Gone after 1257. Moderate splatter. W-SW ewe. 

1503   NEW ZEALAND, Sport Radio 1237 very weak signal that seemed to match live stream broadcast. Still around at 1303. W-SW ewe. 08/10/2013


1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1123 weak signal with man in Chinese. W-SW ewe. 08/10/2013


1701  AUSTRALIA, 1306-1314 two stations received. Assuming one to be Voice of Charity and other to  be R Brisvaani. Both signals were weak and faded after 1312. Listened to the live streams, but signals faded out to soon to match. S-|SW ewe.
