[IRCA] WKSH 1640 WI off freq

For the past week or so Milwaukee's Disney (semi-local here days) has been on the high side and today is about 1640.11 KHz. 

I've been chasing TIS's to the east on 1640 at night in LSB and so far have only come up with Strongsville OH, although there are several trying to come through.

73 KAZ Barrington IL, Perseus and 2 element Broadside Double KAZ array spaced 260 ft aimed due east at 90 deg.
