[IRCA] TP 26 May; Victoria version

Quite an unproductive morning today, but the single audio heard seemed to be rather unexpected given conditions. 594 was heard from 1140 to a little after 1145UT, but the audio was so poor that only when a woman was talking was there any hope of even getting the cadence of the language, and that sounded Japanese to my ear. The reception times would be about right for Japan at this time of year, but there was very little evidence of anything else Japanese, or indeed, anything else at all. 1503 delivered a reasonable carrier after 1200UT, but no hope of audio.
