[IRCA] KTIL is Oldies "True Oldies Channel"

I heard KTIL playing oldies last night and today, they are indeed "True
Oldies Channel" playing Right Back Where I Started From by Maxine
Nightingale from 1976. So out of the 4 AM's on the Northern Oregon
Coast, only one is talk.

840-KSWB-Seaside-Oldies (their own)
1230-KVAS-Astoria-C&W (Satellite)
1370-KAST-Astoria-Talk (Satellite)
1590-KTIL-Tillamook-Oldies (Satellite).

I complain about no music on AM, but here it is a bit different than
most small markets. That is nice. I prefer live local DJ, but still it
is nice to find music on AM.
