Listened from 1323-14  utc. Best signal of the morning goes to VOA 1575. Heard barefoot on the Eton E100 in the radio room. Sunrise did not enhance the TP signals.

189    RUSSIA, Petropavlovsk, Radio Rossii 1327 good signal with rag time music followed by man in Russian. HPAW. 03/13/2013


279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1328 fair signal with  man in Russian. HPAW.  03/13/2013


774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1331 fair signal with woman in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 03/13/2013


1215  UNKNOWN, 1334-1336 poor signal with talk in unknown language. Just above threshold signal level. NW ewe. 03/13/2013

1503   JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1340 weak signal with woman in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 03/13/2013
