[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-24-13

Listened from 1345-1410 utc and conditions was up over the last few days with many carriers but no audio.  The carriers were: 279, 594, 603, 648, 666, 693, 738, 747, 774, 828, 972, 1566 and 1593.  The carriers  on 603, 648, 666 and 738 are not heard very here often here at this time of the year.
