Similar observation here Gary, though I don't think signal levels
were as good as yesterday, and they were this morning's
"peak". There was no sunrise enhancement this morning to speak of,
although I did hear 639 CNR1 faintly after 1600UT, //6125 (972 and
1566 heard also, but very faint). And, the upper band seems to be
have been missing also.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):
774 JOUB woman in JJ 1411UT
reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB woman in JJ //774
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAB man in JJ at 1512UT
828 JOBB woman in JJ //774 1411UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1414; faint signal only by 1540UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :
558 mx, and possibly another station w/talk in there 1423UT; too weak
for detail in the splatter
621 woman talking 1416UT, but too much 620 crud for much detail
702 NHK2 synchros, woman talking //774 which wasn't much better at
this time, 1422UT
945 CNR1 woman talking // 6125 1420UT
954 JOKR? JJ inflected talk by man 1413UT
1017 CRI man and woman talking //5985 1418UT
1287 JOHR? man talking 1419UT
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
603 666 864
best wishes,
Nick

Hello All,
Yesterday Nick gave advance warning of above-average Asian signals
at an early hour here on the west coast, which in fact turned out to
be one of the better sunrise sessions in recent memory. For those
who are able to listen in this morning, the TP conditions at 1415
UTC seem every bit as good as yesterday, and maybe even a little better.
