[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

620   KGTL   AK, Homer, alone on the freq with HS Basketball Homer vs
Kenai at 2320  EST 1/15. Off the NW EWE. A lot of local Homer spots,
running about S9 to S9+10. I wondered where KPOJ was, and off the
Eastern beverage they have an open carrier, not noted on the NW EWE.
