[IRCA] 1310 WDTW MI Dearborn silent

I hear through the grapevine that 1310 WDTW MI Dearborn went silent on New Year's Eve. Clear 
Channel has donated the license to Minority Media and Telecommunications Council 
and the facilities will be dismantled.   One less station in the mess on 
1310, particularly for those of you close-by.
