[IRCA] WPLA Dry Branch, GA On Day Time Sky Wave

On Wednesday December 12, 2012 (12/12/12) at 1230 EST/1730 UTC from here in 
Lakeland, FL on the central peninsula region I'm hearing WPLA Dry Branch, GA 
10 kw on sky wave with their "Fox Sports" format. SIO 444 S9+5.

Rig- Icom IC-756 Pro 3
Antenna- 128 ft long inverted L with a 60 ft vertical section & 8 ft 
diameter coaxial receive loop fed with 50 feet of RG-213U

It shows you how weak the D layer can be at day time during the winter 
season.
