[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 1 Dec 2012

       Overall, conditions seemed very similar to the past two days, 
but with weaker signals, so as a result, less audio heard, with only 
China on 1593 and VOA on 1575 having fair audio, and Korea 1566 having 
traces.  Korea seemed to take a dive from yesterday, as 1566 was way 
down, and 972, which had decent audio yesterday, had none today.  VOA 
bucked the trend, as it had fair audio today, after none for the past 2 
days.  Still plenty of carriers, especially on the upper half of the dial.
