[IRCA] 1390 "CFY News" unID

Around 1730 on 1390, I heard an Ad for Saint (St.) Joseph's hospital,
followed by a weather forecast with lows in the upper twenties and highs in
the 40's with flurries mentioned.  Then into what sounded like "CFY News."
 Is this Albany New York and "CNY" News?
