[IRCA] 1476 Music at 1539 utc.

TP's signals were still being heard at 1604 utc here in Kalama, WA 55 miles from the shores of the Pacific ocean.

1476  Unknown Instrumental music being heard at 1539 utc. Fair signal at times, but mostly weak signal. At 1540 utc 1480 Vancouver, WA station KBMS playing loud Soul music. Signal seems to have faded out by 1542 utc. NW ewe. 10/28/2012

594   JAPAN, JOAK 1545 utc fair signal with man in Japanese. Never heard this late here. Faded out with music at 1557. NW ewe. 10/28/2012

603   UNKNOWN 1612 decent het, seemed just below threshold audio. NW ewe. 10/28/2012

648   UNKNOWN, Russia? 1550-1601 weak signal with music and talk. No pips at 1600 utc. Russia has RFA Korean listed in PALs. Could not find abbreviations for RFA?   I could not ID language. Signal faded out around 1605 with woman talking. Could not match listed // 5860 with MW signal. NW ewe. 10/28/2012
