[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle 27 Oct

It was a very respectable morning for TPs here.

I didn't have nearly the signals that Gary reported, probably because 
I'm in a noisier location.   Other than that, I agree with his 
observations.  Conditions were decent across the dial, during the entire 
time I listened.

The high point of the morning was hearing North Korea 819 poking through 
local 50kw KGNW-820.  I also had carriers on 711 and 1089, both next to 
50kw locals, but unfortunately no audio was noted. Alaskans were good, 
too, with both Nome stations blowing off the co-channel QRM.

Here's what I came up with today from 1225 to 1445.

Really good audio
580    KRSA, call ID then religious program called "Breakpoint" 1401, 
all alone
750    KFQD, ID and CBS news atop channel 1400
774    JOUB, quite good ending weather in Japanese, "JOUB NHK Akita Hoso 
Des" ID 1320
780    KNOM legal ID & ABC nx overpowering KKOH 1300, weaker mixing with 
KKOH by 1302 woman giving wx for the Kuskokwim Delta
850    KICY, strong and way atop with legal ID 1300, then religious 
pgm.  Same thing 1400 but much weaker
972    HLCA, time pips, loud fanfare, then man and woman in Korean good 1300

Reasonably OK Audio
650    KENI, "Newsradio 650 KENI Anchorage" ID and ABC nx u/Vancouver 1400
747    JOIB, horn mx, time pips 1300, then wx in JJ
819    N Korea, briefly surfacing with strident female talk 1304
1566    HLAZ ending JJ pgm with HLAZ & something Hoso IDs 1345, then 
pattern change and start of CC pgm, better by 1318 w/CC talk
1575    VOA, talk in SEA language fair 1252
