[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 20 Oct 2012

   Well, I'm at a different location today, but a few hours north the
results are equally dreary.  The best I could hear this morning were fair
carriers from 1098 (Marshalls no doubt), 1566 and 1575, along with a few
weaker ones (972, 1386, 1512,1593).   Seemingly a mix of TP and DU, but
neither reaching audio.  With a 50 kW local here on 740, even the
consolation of listening for Tahiti on 738 is not available.
