[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-4

Hello All,

There were some vibrant signals from the Japanese and Korean big guns here this morning, although the Chinese mega-stations still seem to be stuck in a depressed condition. Best audio here this morning was from 594, 693, 747 and 972, with HLCA once again pegging the PL-380's S/N reading at 25 with its Korean pop music around 1342 (for only the second time this season). Japanese big guns 693-JOAB and 1287-JOHR were also unusually vibrant this morning, although the Chinese on 603, 639, 738, 936 and 1044 still couldn't manage anything better than poor audio in and out of the noise. The Koreans on 657 and 1053 were back to their usual strong levels, though (with equally forgettable "programming"). Hopefully some of the guys farther east had a chance to go after the energetic TP's from Japan and Korea this morning.
