[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-29

Hello All,

Weird TP-DXing conditions prevailed here this morning as there were a couple of strong Korean big guns (972 and 1053) but unusually weak Japanese stations. 603-Hulun Buir had a steady weak signal throughout sunrise enhancement, but HLSA didn't manage a trace The session was generally pretty mediocre until a bizarre fade-in of an apparent Chinese station on 1377 kHz very late at 1350, which continued for a full 10 minutes (long after all the other TP's had bitten the dust). The deep-voiced male announcer was apparently conducting a variety show, with music and call-in talk. The time pips at 1400 certainly didn't sound like CNR1's typical 5 +1 pips, and the male announcer simply continued talking right through the time pips as though nothing was happening. 1377 isn't a very good frequency here, and the mystery station had some serious strength to get through the 1380-Everett (WA) splatter.
