Subject: [IRCA] Replacing a Grundig G5
Although I don't do any really serious DXing while traveling, I do like to
give it a bit of a go. I've been using a barefoot Grundig G5 and it has
provided the basic performance I've wanted, but I've gone through three
incarnations of them and enough is enough. The last one is now in a
landfill somewhere on Prince Edward Island, Canada. My prime interests are
LW, MW and SW with FM being nice, but not critical. The G5 was a good size,
but I can go a bit larger with no problems. Willing to pay for quality.
Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!
