Listened from 1045-1400 utc. With the A index at 14 and K at 3 TP reception was down here. Nothing on 1476, but a anemic het. 4 Australian stations heard, forgot to list the times for 702 & 792. Russian long waves signals were also down.

180    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1049 steady weak signal with man in Russian. Fair at 1013. Static. HPAW. 09/20/2012

189    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1050 poor signal with man in Russian. Static. Good at 1141 with music and less static. HPAW 09/20/2012

209     ALASKA, Yakataga CYT 1052 poor signal with weather forecast. Static. 09/20/2012 

279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1053 just a notch above threshold audio. Very weak at 1014 with woman in Russian. Static. Fair at 1232. HPAW 09/20/2012

594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1209 weak with woman followed by man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 09/20/2012

693    JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1258 weak signal with "Radio English Conversation" program. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 09/20/2012
